5. Electronic Inventory

CHAZ SARGENT will carry some electronic inventory from time to time. These are items that are not directly stocked by CHAZ SARGENT but are held and managed by a CHAZ SARGENT merchant. In this case, you will simply be directed to the designated merchant page and/or sales representative to complete purchase processing at the time of the sales inquiry. CHAZ SARGENT shall not be held liable or responsible for purchase processing or logistics managed by third party merchants.

6. Accuracy of Information

CHAZ SARGENT takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information included in the Site. However, CHAZ SARGENT takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the Site and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information provided on the Site. The failure on the part of CHAZ SARGENT to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any of CHAZ SARGENT’s rights hereunder for past or future actions.

8. Jurisdiction

Any dispute over the content or use of the Site shall be governed by the substantive laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the jurisdiction and venue of any such action shall be vested solely in the federal and state courts of New York.

9. Miscellaneous

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CHAZ SARGENT with respect to the use of the Site.

CHAZ SARGENT may change these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. The continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to any revised Terms.

The Site are not intended to provide any medical information about the skin or otherwise.
